Put your cock in an outlet, while you take a blender, turning it on, and shoving it up your ass. :yesnod:

I had it in a file that was lost long ago.

I am not very advanced in my progress but what I do is based on lots of sources I've read over the years.

You have to start by learning very good muscle control. Specifically of the pc muscle. I'm not sure if that's the official name but you can find lots of info on it. Basically you learn how to have an orgasm without ejaculating. The more times you do this in one session the more intense the orgasm will be when you let it go.

I personnel best is 7 orgasms without ejaculation. The 8th when I let it go was the most intense orgasm I have ever felt. You know when you give a chick a super intense orgasm and she looks like shes having a seizure and can't move or talk for 5 to 10 minutes afterwords? That is probably the best way I can describe what that one felt like.

I discovered this because I was having extreme ejaculation control issues. I mean like to strokes and I would be finishing not even a minute. It was getting embarrassing. I still don't know what caused that because I was fine for many years.

I think there is some info on the fleshlight page. Plus a fleshlight would probably help for training, I never got one though. There's a thread somewhere on this sight with more info also. Try phs and mental well being. Look for people that are having trouble with premature ejaculation.
