Read "The Multi-Orgasmic Man" by Mantak Chia. You can find it at any bookstore. All you really need is a basic understanding of chi; I don't like the way they explain the very basics.

I'm very scientific and skeptical so I don't know what it is really, but if you're anything like me, if you cross your eyes and then relax them you'll feel kind of a pulse running all the way down to your feet. You don't have to cross your eyes obviously but it's a good way to get a feel for it. That's what you're working with. Eventually you'll learn how to channel it and work it in with your breathing and before you know it you'll be panting and tingling all over for like 2 minutes straight. It's like the first orgasm you ever had, every single time.

It's a lot easier that way because you have to maintain some mental and physical focus. Going from behind works too. It's just that missionary is too much of a full-body workout; it's not impossible but the thing is you can pretty much fuck forever once you get this down, so you make her come a bunch of times and she'll be plenty willing to get on top for a while and that's your reward for being so damn talented.
