It reeks of puke like fucking hell in the hallway of my apartment the smell is seeping inside my front entrance.  Shit sucks got no more incense. I should go buy smoke stanky ass cigars and smoke on them blow the smoke out in the hallway.

I don't understand what happened I mean there two exits and they couldn't have been far from the entrance either this building isn't huge it's only 12 units how hard would it have been to run outside and puke?  It must have been some little kid or that person was really fucking sick.
