Is 100% colonization when u can see no more substrate period? Only mycel? The reason I post this question is because my mycobag is very colonized, but it is not on the peices of substrate that are pressed up against the plastic. Will the mycel grow between the pressed substrate and the bag? Thanks, all of u!

Sounds like you got 100% to me. Sometimes bacteria could look the way you describe as well but if ya got no funny smells.....

my cakes are 100% when the mycellum touches the bottom then I wait a week. the verm that sticks to the glass doesnt get covered till I birth the cake
