Co-Workers Are Fucks

Anyone agree?

Especially "holier than thou" co-workers...I work at a 99% christian dominated business and they all pose as such perfect jesus loving souls, but I swear they are the most greedy bastards I have ever witnessed. We have weekly prayer meetings as well (usually at our Friday group lunches), and I shit you not, the context of their prayers revolves 98% around the finances of the business, "And Lord, I pray that you keep our profit #s high, and our customers coming back, we thank you for blessings on this company and all of the high marks we were able to achieve". I am one to usually defend the religious because in this day and age I feel they get a bad rap for everything, but these people here are getting border-line unbearable.....

I don't know where you work. But at my company the people are generally cool. Just a bunch of people working for slave wages trying to get by in this day and age and keep their sanity in tact.

The only problem with co-workers i've had are lazy fuckers who don't do their job correctly and I have to pick up the slack.

Sounds like you have more of a problem with greedy people than co-workers, even if the greedy people just so happen to be co-workers.

My co-workers are alright I suppose.  I can't really talk about some of my interests (psychedelics, the mind, general 'weird' stuff), for fear of being ostracized.  Then again, the workplace isn't necessarily the best place to talk about those things :wink:

I generally keep to myself while still being open to help others when they need it.  It works out pretty well.

I don't see anything particularly abnormal about that. It's pretty normal for people to want their business to succeed. Should they pray for low profits?

Tell them that Christ instructed them to use their money to buy friends. It's not about them wanting to make money, but rather what they do with that money that is at issue.

i work at such a chill place, all my co-workers are really cool.

everyones really cool and laidback, were all between 19-26. we all like eachother, fun work environment.

smokin up at work or after isnt a prob, cuz we all do our jobs.

i remember coming in for a meeting early sunday morning pretty hungover. i see a manager come in next to me and say whats up? he replies with "im still drunk".
another manager(girl) sees us and just says "oh i love this job.":grin:
