Concerning songwriting, MIDI, and conversion

Basically, I have several songs that I've written using a program that encodes them into MIDI format.  Would anyone happen to know if there's a way to convert them to mp3, and have them sound richer and fuller than they do currently?  I've tried a few mixing programs and tried to assign synth sounds to the midi tracks but had no luck getting guitars to sound right.

Would anyone happen to have any idea of how I could get these tracks to sound better, preferably in mp3 format, so I can actually put them out there, should I choose to do so?

Anyone know a good Hammond B3 plug-in for Reason?  I can't seem to find one.  Drop me a line if you know of a good one off hand... or if you know of any good organs in any of the refills.
