when you signed the contract you agreed to the terms and
conditions so you really have no right to complain, it's not
difficult to simply reject the terms and negotiate for lower
interest for them to earn your business, a friend was offerd a
card at 24.99%apr, under my advice she called and said that
she'd accept something with a lower rate, she managed to get it
to half that before she accepted, she still pays off the balance
each month and when they tried raising her rates she canceled
the card and they sent her a new ap with a 9%apr
