Persistent Dyspnea (shortness of breath)

I was put on an antipsychotic and within the next 2 days I developed dyspnea that lasted for at least a month.

I hadn't stopped taking the medication before it stopped, but when it did stop I realized was breathing diaphragmatically.

Over half a year later and I still am no longer a chest breather.

I had never had any training in diaphragmatic breathing before this.

I just recently decided to research what could've happened, I didn't even know the term "Dyspnea".. from a few searches it seems incredibly rare for antipsychs to cause it.

Has anyone else experienced this or know someone who has?

I have SOB from COPD.
