As I understand it, it is not as much to 'fool' law enforcement agencies as it is to provide reasonable doubt that you have done it. Even if it is completely obvious that you were the one who did it, as long as you did not self-incriminated yourself the law enforcement agencies still have to prove that it was you, and not SWIM.

I am not that well-versed in legal matters though, so someone correct me if I am in any way wrong.

The swim shit is severely annoying.  I don't think it would hold up much regarding the law.

I'm going to go to shoprite and start punching random people in the face and after every swing yell "SWIM just hit you in the face". Will i be safe from the law then??

swim feels that it might hold up in court, swim also has been a member of a drug forum that did not allow anyone to talk in first person, anyone who didn't swim would get banned.

It has to do with court of law smart one, not what LE thinks about you. SWIM stands for someone who is isn't me. So saying someone who isn't me created a shit ton of ecstasy is a VERY smart thing to say because the court can not prove you are the one who created it. I know it sounds stupid but it's the way our justice system roles.
