How about adding computers hardware/software to the security forum??

Actually I do like this idea, lets see what others have to say.

If we do change the description, we also need a new forum description.

I'll ask Lana what she thinks since its her forum currently :smile:

I'm for it.

Why?  Well, it seems that there are only 2 kinds of security related questions asked in the Security forum.

1. Computer related security.
2. Non computer related security related :smile:

Threads dealing with Windows security and setting up a firewall definitely attract folks who aren't particularly interested in DEA billboards :smile: 

I say we try it, if it doesn't work we can always turn things back.

I kinda meant general computer chatter, not just security.


Computer and Everyday Security
This forum is for discussing all things dealing with security in the real world, on the computer, on the net, and anywhere else. 

Is that what's happened?  :confused:

I think it should be more general with regards to computers in general..
