I don't see a problem with you getting sex somewhere else if your wife can't perform, you obviously love her and keep coming back even after sex with hookers.
Sexual urges make us human, it's our nature and we can't fight it.

You do need to bring this topic up with her though, as #8 said, maybe you can think of some creative sexual activities with her that don't involve intercourse. Or maybe even bring a 3rd person into the bedroom, I'm sure she understands that she can't give you everything you need in the current situation so maybe she'd be open to experimentation. :smile:
