staying in oakland california?

i have been considering going to oaksterdam university. i have never been to california so i dont know what its like. what should i expect for rent and where is the cheapest place to go for just a month?

well I'm from the bay area and I had never heard of this school. sounds pretty cool. the bay area is an expensive place to live, I know that much

I dont know but I wouldnt go for the cheapest place in oakland. Learned my lesson by staying in the cheapest hotel in vancouver BC, ghetttooooo
