Court of Public Opinion. Beat the helll out of step brother last nite and went to jail.

the story goes like this, I ate all the hotdogs cause I though I heard his mom say i was o.k.
then he who doesn't even eat our food chimed in and said he was gonna beat me to death in my sleep, but I over heard him and called him out.

l;ong story short him and his mom double teamed me.  I was mindful of his mother's gender and didn't lay a hand on her even though she was severely impeding my processes. she beat the shit out my back and at one point was hanging on me like a blood sucking harpy while he was choking me.  I still managed to  swell his right eye completely shut and get him on the ground where I started kicking him repeatedly.  I hate that piece of shit, he beats his mom and terrorizes my blood family. 

I just moved back into the house after my sentence was over and if he thinks he is gonna keep doing that shit while I am present fuck that.

what does the shroomery think?  Should I have acted like I din't hear him threaten to beat me to death in my sleep. He is a creep like that.

or did I do right by sending him to the hospital. 

Fucker pressed charges on me, but its funny they charged him too.

Is it possible he said "eat you to death in your sleep"?  Maybe he was just hungry, cause you ate all the hotdogs.

I don't think it was really about the hot dogs.  I am not so sure why he got pissed.  His mom hates me anyways and likes to stir up shit.

Me, i"m a pretty easy going guy til you cross my space boundaries or threaten me.  He is just the type of person to beat someone while they were sleeping.  He brags about how they had to keep him in solitary for six months while he was locked up for beating some "nigger half to death cause he threatend him". 

I am a pretty upfront kinda guym and I don't take threats lightly.  Can't slleep with that shit on my chest.  I just got out of the chain gang and seen some fucked up shit happen.  So,:shrug:

I will be moving out soon, saving money right now to move out.

because you allowed it to escalate to that point, regardless of
what you were told by his mommy about eating hot dogs, your goal
should have been to rectify the situation with an apology and an
explanation, not by 'calling him out', by doing that you
