sadly I am a still on the food grid.  :shrug:

polysaturate fats, don't they make you dumber or something? and dehydration is a mjor prblem.  lets all drink coke til we are borderline dehydrated and think like dehydrated fools.  wee.

but at least I am aware its all going down.

today i ate, pizza, pancakes and sausage from the JOB.  then  i got home and ordered takeout Chinese.  Plus a piece of homemade pecan pie.  It was scrumptious as hell. And that is how i pretty much eat everyday.

would like to shift to my own farm raised sheep, cattle veggies and ducks.  With all homemade diaries(goat), but that is a couple years down the road if they don't kill me off the scene or dead first.

i can't wait til I can grow my own  music too, that would rock.

I do find conspiracy theories intriguing although I do not believe them. My diet is very healthy and for the most part vegetarian. I do not exercise and I'm underweight. I'm open minded towards the theories I just have a hard time believing that our government wants to kill us all.

Why do you watch documentaries by people who have admitted to being biased towards viewpoints?  Don't you think if you wanted to really find out truths you would do your own research through varied sources?  You are taking the easy way out by watching short (2 or so hour) videos and then claiming you have the full picture.  Research takes months and years my friend.  Please step out of your bubble

ha for real.  Its actually frightening to me the amount of people that can watch a persuasive documentary and immediately be convinced of its cause.  I watch them and I simply note all the techniques they use for persuasion, the moody music, the cutaway shots to different things, the editing of speeches etc...  The fact that logic escapes these people is troubling to me

I guess the fact that we jail more people in this country than practically any other country supports  your assertion that we blindly follow our leaders right?  Do you even read what you write?  And eerily questionable to who?  Are you trying to become overlord here, people need to act according to a set of rules that make you feel comfortable?

I eat food that I make, I buy fruit/vegetables at a farmers market and meat from butcher shops.  I eat decently, work out occasionally, used to be an alcoholic, and am generally an angry person

There is no such thing as any documentary or any posting that is completely unbias, its impossible to do so.  Best way to do things is to view things from all angles, and all viewpoints, find out the most you can (as you say), then form your own opinion about what is going on, but as far as finding unbias material, never going to happen.

actually waht I was trying to say is it is good to sift through the shit.  which you say you do.

But i mean why is the FDA a single entity, seems pretty fishy, ecuse the terms, to me.  Remember one thing pharmacology is a hella thing. Genetics is a hella thing.  Its all one bug hella thing to create gentically modified mind control foods.

everyone know foods laded with carbs create bursts of pleasure in the brain registering success, comfort foods are real.  See the thought.

feed all the idiots cheetos, put them on welfare and watch them get fat, be slaves and be happy all at the same time.

Take away their fish with mercury and now they think no so clearly and shit we have a fun time droning away the day awaiting our alllotment of cheetos.

when i was in prison one a the biggest sellers from commissary was you guessed it, cheetos.
