Impeller = Ultrasonic?

Greetings, I'm changing up my methods of providing my closet grow space with humidity... Here's a question, are impeller types synonymous with ultrasonics? I already have a humidifier that has a fan/filter system, it does very well at keeping the humidity up (at least according to my hygrometer) but I feel as though the equilibrium between humidity and FAE is off, so I think I might supplement it with an ultrasonic to get the dense mist I'm looking for.

The vicks v400 seems to be highly recommended around here, but is it an ultrasonic type that produces a heavy mist? Another one that I'm looking at is this one, http://www.ecost.com/detail.aspx?edp=39075392&source=EWBBASE&cm_mmc=CSE-_-google-_-ewbbase-_-Home&ci_src=17588969&ci_sku=39075392

any thoughts/experience with that one?

no, its coolmist, not an ultrasonic. Great for marthas and greenhousees.

The density of the mist has nothing to do with FAE.

I meant that my setup has too much FAE and not enough humidity, which I think is evidenced by cracked caps and stunted growth, yes? Also my colonized substrate seemed pretty dried out. I grabbed an ultrasonic today to use in conjunction with my cool mist which has a fan, and it looks pretty solid.
