Also, in seattle, a good place to buy yr fancy beers: Bottleworks (in wallingford).

Tacoma Boys fruit and vegetable stores in the Tacoma area also has a fantastic selection for anyone who lives in that area.

i don't really like most belgian beers - they tend to be too wheaty and too sweet for my palate.

i think craft brewing is one place where the united states has taken a european food item and made it 1000x better.

my favorite, though i do enjoy a lot of other beer as well.  There is one from around here called Alamo Beer that is really good.  I used to go out and play disc golf in this place called Eola, Texas, and this man had a micro brewery there, sometimes he had soem really good beer, othertimes, not so much..
