Who here drinks herbal tea?

Not black or green cafein based tea but calming relaxation teas?

I drink this tea from my supermarket called "Calm" its pretty good in the evning, almost like benzos

I just finished a big ass gourd of Yerba mate........relaxed as hell. I also drink Chamomile, sleepy time, and somethings some other random herbal tea's before bed.

just picked up some tulsi tea (holy basil).  It's quite relaxing and has a nice flavor.  :stoned:

I drink an herbal tea in the evenings sometimes...Or during the day to take the edge off...

Consist of Valerian, Chamomile, Tilia estrella, Spearmint, Lemongrass, & Orange Blossoms....

Tastes great and is calming....Great with a J

Chrysanthemum tea, FTW. Oolong tea isn't bad either...


I enjoy a good pod tea, if that counts :lol:.

i don't drink calming teas, but i pretty much only drink herbal tea.
