Hello, do any of you know of some good tasting teas that you can drink before you go to sleep, something that relaxes you. Also, could this tea be available at a tea shop (one just came into town and I decided to check it out) or supermarket? Thank you

My favorite is Bigelow Tea's "Constant Comment".
It has the flavor of orange and cloves. Sugar makes it really good.

I have a sleep-time tea I bought from the grocery store. It has chalomile (sp?) and Passionflower, and a few other things in it.

bigelow's 'sweet dreams' is pretty nice before bed. its a blend of chamomile, hibiscus and mint. very good stuff. and those ingredients are all quite good for relaxation on their own as well.

If I could get my hands on some of that tea...I would be a happy man - too bad you can't drink that stuff every night though
So, I'll probably check out some coca tea and some sort of chamomile tea. Thank you guys

Mint tea is simply amazing (it also makes You dream more vivid and improves dream recall). I also like mixing my own blend using cherry tea and green tea
