If you have anxiety and panic attacks then tell your fucking doctor about the situation.  Your looking for a pill to solve all your problems so your gonna get fucked in the end no matter what.

As a sufferer of anxiety disorder, its fux like you that make it hard for me to get what I need. Because of fux like you, I had to buy my drugs on the street this weekend, because my doc is on vacation till Monday, and their staff isnt allowed by law to call my shit in. I NEVER wished my psychosis on anyone....

That may not be a good idea if you really are having panick attacks. I had them too but i decided I would get past it, I used Kava Kava (it's an herb) and after a month I felt a lot better. You have to come to the point where you decide that stuff isn't going to happen anymore, it has to do with knowing you can beat it. Or something like that

Ive tried all kinds of herbals, but nothing has done SHIT except ginseng tea. When you have it really bad, it gets old people saying "Its just in your head. Just meditate, and eat this bark, and spin 3 times...". Or my favorite

Hey DIPSHITS, I CANT BREATH during an attack, lmfao.
Hard to do that when your heart is doing 170-190bpm, and takes 2 second long breaks here and there.

:frown: sorry to hear that, captain caveman. i have a few friends that have serious anxiety problems, and i know that for some of them, various medications (primarily benzos) have been the lifesaver that has allowed them to hold down a job, feel comfortable in public places, etc. i also have friends (a few of them the same people) who seriously abuse benzos. it's a nasty habit because (like opiates) you pretty quickly get to a point where you aren't using the drugs to get high, but simply to be able to function normally.

so when somebody says,

it irritates me on a couple of levels. first, that they make it harder for people with serious problems to get the proper treatment, and second, that there are doctors out there who don't give two fucks about the patient but just write prescriptions left and right.

Matter of months?  I've had a script to them for over a year and I don't even need to use it everyday.  I've gone a full month without taking one, it's really no problem.

As stated, you must be in the 1% who don't have a problem with them.

Im not saying they cant be used responsibly/as prescribed, but a thread like this makes me think that the only purpose the OP uses them for is to get fucked up, which is going to lead to dependancy.

there are other ways to deal with anxiety than meds......geez id like to see half of you follow your own advice

IMO saying hey id like to get a script for bars because they make me feel better and i dont wanna put money into some gangbangers pocket on the street is better than gettin off the homies robbing pharmacies and their grandparents med cabinets.

Yes encourage people to get their drugs off criminals on the street so they can afford to buy guns and kill innocent people over the 5 scrillos they owe em for a rock.

I did similar, didn't take me too long to get a regular script for Xanax (along with Lexapro which I didn't take).

Terrible shit! Don't get addicted to benzos.

The occasional pill for comedowns or for a chill out is alright, but regular benzo use (unless you genuinely have a problem) really drains.

Save yourself the trouble.

Wow, I must really be in the 1% category of people who can handle benzos.  Because I've taken 2 every day for a few months and when my script ran out I could just stop cold turkey for a month and had no problem with it.

And now I usually don't HAVE to do it everyday, I usually just save it for when I'm feeling anxious.  Maybe 3 times a week now on average. 

I do have a real problem though that requires it,  and from wiki the disorder seems to effect less than 1% of the population as well
