I'm not good with the paint shop thing so I don't know how to adjust the picture. :tongue:
If that's the problem. Can you please fix it for me...I want to use it as my avatar. Thank you.

it's too big, an avatar pic can be 80 x 80 pixels maximum, that pic is 158 x 130 pixels

look in your pics if you have saved it twice delete on or both and redownload. I do this when it says that and it workd for me

hey Des, everyones semed to have this problem recently. Choose you Avatar from the Mypics section instead of pasting the UBB code into the profile area. Just click on Avatar under the image there, it shouldnt matter what size the pic is, it usually resizes it anyway. hope it works.

Sorry about the smallness of the pic ... I am not good with shrinking images yet. you may have to click on the box with the lettering to read it but thats the best I could do. Sorry, Desiree, if this doesn't work

When you click on "avatar" under this picture in your uploaded pictures view a confirmation box should pop up, does it do that?
What browser are you using?

If you trust someone enough,like a mod or admin, to give them your log on password they could set it for you. Then you could always change your password when they logged you back off if you wanted to.
