dont know if others picked up but this goes along long way to explaining the differences and the modes of alterance
would love to see this idea developed further...

My thoughts on you, ratings, and other things...

I'm leaving you this rating because they apparently mean so much to you. Frankly, i dont agree with your views on ratings. And thats ok. Your views are yours and mine are mine. You really over-value these things called "ratings". If someone doesnt leave one, based upon your self perceived image of your online persona, you blow up about it. But sometimes, you dont get away with everything. You have to take the good with the bad.
Maybe one day you will come around about things like this, and i will change this rating. But until then, I promise you this one will stick around.

As an ODD mod, I see a lot of threads moved there from your forum (TPE). When your moved-threads appear, they always contain a courteous note and often a positive word or two. The example you've set helped get me started on the right foot as a moderator myself, and when I was first tapped for the role you gave me some stellar advice together with some memorable words of encouragement. Thanks for that! It's great to know that I can turn to other staffers for help and support when the job gets dicey or frustrating.
Thanks, PS. Top notch!
