I like mice... I had two white mice when I was a kid, one was short and fat, the other long and skinny, so get this... I named them Pinky and The Brain.

I bought him a cheap cage today and a friend! A grey female mouse. Im thinking about breeding! Its gonna be a blast. My only question is do i 'need' a wheel for them to run? or is it a luxury?

I've had pet mice and I've never gave them a wheel, but I'm sure amount of room to move has a lot to do w/ it too.

And mice are way better then hamsters :thumbup:

Ok guys.....dont think of me as a evil guy, but I was thinking I could breed them, and the kids i couldn't afford to keep could be fed to my spider when they are pinky mice! :yesnod:

I found this is true w/ hamsters but NOT mice. All the mice I've have were diurnal and didn't chew much on plastic, hamsters on the other hand...
