the amount o trips you have takin will not kill you but, I would cut down, I try entering the spiritual world about 4 imes a year.

max should be 10-12 a year. But for a while i tripped every 2 weeks, and i dind't notice any negative effects....it just got to be not enough time for me to digest what i got out of my trips...which even when i was tripping for recreational trips i gained lots of insights and such.

I tripped every weekend for a month. Now I have mad tracers and my vision's all fucked up. I would cut down if I were you.
