well the link is still active, although it does seem different.... maybe it is still a possibility for anno to host ur information... mj... i hope ur stuff is still available... i have spent alot of time there after we pm'ed each other... i found all very cool...

i agree with everyone... JOHN your works are brilliant, they will live on forever, even after you cease to be, PLEASE do what you must to save them. I am amazed everytime i see something new you have done.

I don't get it, 3D Shroom offered to host your sites and you didn't say a thing about it?

You just said you are giving up the shroom business and selling your books. How can you give up this hobby so easily after devoting so much of you life to it?

JOHN...you don't know me, but do you realize you are like a shroom god man?
and if you are stuck on selling all your books...then do more than just sell them to the local book store...sell them on the shroomery to people who care.
or just don't sell them at all...you might want them again in ten years.

I've always respected you very much, and you've contributed a great deal to mycology. I think you should excersise some self control. Destruction is not the answer, and especially because of something minor like this. I really think you should reevaluate the situation. Whatever you do is your choice, but I truely hope you will let something like this pass by, and continue with your work. There is a lot more in the world than just a website. Its not worth giving up so many years of work.

if could help with sorting you space and bandwidth if you want.
i have unlimited space and 5gb/bandwidth a month, and i use about 1-2gb.

so if you have anything left you'd like to share let me know.
you and everyone else has been a great help so i'd like to contribute.

It should be active tomorow or so.

As I see the whole situation, it was all in all a big misunderstanding and it could have been handled in a different way by both sides.

Anyway, John?s site has a new home, and Andy is kind enough to link from the old domain mjshroomer.yage.net.
