I mean, I know caulk/cock is a slightly humorous homophone and all that, but the amount of effort that went into this skit was minimal, if any. All the jokes in that video were low-hanging fruit, to be honest. You could probably get better material chilling with a funny high school teacher and some immature seniors on a slow day.

Comedy is about surprising the viewer and doing something unexpected. Stuff like this is too predictable to generate laughs, unless you're very young.
