Avoiding iTunes

I have an MBox with a PC and installing iTunes fucks with it and then video and audio do not play correctly.  Does anybody have any recommendations for getting my music into my iPhone without using iTunes?  Also how can I convert m4a files to mp3 and clean up my music library?

Any recommendations for this kind of thing are very welcome :mushroom2:

I'm sure others have similar issues or hate iTunes as well

www.mediamonkey.com ....works on i phones and all i pods..and its free
