Lol Tea. Seriously. I hate that game. Its done more to hurt our marriage than anything else. I'm tired of her always "being in a raid"

Normally its the girl who faces the WoW problem. How ironic

Are you serious? WoW is causing your marriage to fall apart?

that sucks dude. but sounds like there's some underlying issue that would be causing this instead of WoW

Sorry your day is going shitty.  My wife knows that I pretty much boycott Valentines Day.  My attitude is that if you need a 'special day' to show your love then you must be faking it.  So today my wife got nothing out of the ordinary from me.  I kissed her and told her I loved her this morning.  She got me a card, but she knew I'd do nothing special so it was no big deal when she didn't get one in return.  We'll most likely spend the day playing video games together, might go out to lunch, and then cook a nice dinner (gonna make steak and shrimp) this evening.

Guys, if you really want to impress your woman then try bringing her flowers and a card for no reason at all instead of waiting for Valentines Day.  Trust me, she'll be much more impressed!

Hope your day gets better Supernovasky.

sounds like a dumb bitch to me.

I got my girl a DVD and Starbucks card. she works at like an upscale salon and there's a starbucks right by it. She gets some latte thing there everyday.

Lol stoned. There are definitely underlying issues... but honestly, have you never heard of WOW hurting marriages before? The mechanism is not very hard. It's not unlike any other addiction destroying a marriage. She's straight up addicted to the game, and plays it NON-stop, I'm talking EVERY hour of the day that she can.

Oh, and she smokes all my bud while doing it :P

First line of actions should be to buy swag. Get lots of Swag and hide your good stuff. When she ask's about it, simply say "We need to cut down on expenses".

Next you should buy a computer or guitar hero and set it up in the same room as her WoW account. Boost the volume and talk about how you want to spend more time with her, because she's always on WoW.

When sexual encounters take place, as soon as you bust your load scream with the must disturbing face you can "FOR THE HORDE". This is the psychological element that will start affiliating WoW with Bad sex, thus making it less appealing to her.

Next you need to start talking about a new girl you met (Call her Cindy). Say that you and Cindy met at work and are meeting up to play "Warhammer Online", because you wanted to play a Mmorpg as well. This will be sure to enthuse some jealious reactions

Next, be sure to start buying phatty foods! I mean really unhealthy foods. This will ensure that you wife will start getting fat when combining unhealthy foods with WoW. This will eventually open her eyes to the destructive behavior that WoW addictions can cause.

A more daring option is to find what server she plays on. Buy a lvl 80 character on the opposing fraction that she plays. Create a guild dedicating to giving your wife shit as much as possible. Considering that you live with her, it will be easy to track her movements and have your guild harass her.

.......im out of ideas

Out of curiosity, how long have you been married?  I only ask because my wife and I went through a rough spell about 3 years in.  We made it through, but so many couples don't.  It always sucks though.  Hope you can find some peace, bro.  Good luck.

Summit: yup. 3 years to the day, real soon.

We went through the 1 year marriage problems, made it through those. Things are better now than there used to be, but there isn't nearly as much passion and a whole lot more arguing.

And we're young. I was stupid for marrying as young as I did.

Dont feel bad man. Women make our common sense go right out the window. Damn sex drive causes humans to do stupid shit, that and the feeling of being alone is something no one likes.

I do feel bad, but primarily because if I do decide to call it off, its going to be an extremely stressful year for me when I need stress the least. I'm going to be done with my graduate degree this coming yeah.

I think the only thing keeping us in this marriage right now is the fear of what happens after we split apart.  Both of us have been married so long, its become our way of life, and to change it would entail much stress.
