its just gas in your intestines. lay down and elevate your legs on a pillow or something, then relax your belly, anus, etc and after a few minutes you should fart a good bit, and then the pain will be gone. but dont ditch the earl grey that shits good, drink it after

ginger. i find doing 20 or so situps helps a lot too. if it's just gas, that'll make you burp for sure.
