Dont ever use splenda!!!!

Im a big sweet teeaholic. I drink a gallon-gallon and a half a day. About 2 weeks ago i quit using sugar and switched to splenda. I put 2 cups per gallon. For about 4 days now my kidneys have been hurting. Now today when I get up my piss is the color of milk.


I think ill take my chances with the friggin sugar, thanks.

I've been using it for months now and perfectly healthy. Then again, I only use it in my coffee which I have one cup of. Im sure a couple gallons of sucralose is more than unhealthy.

I got used to it pretty quick, but im not gonna have kidney failure to try and lower my calorie intake.

Kidneys are one of the most important thing in your bodies. It regulates so much. Don't fuck them up.

I trust me i know, my dad had one fail on him. Thats why i get super worried when my kidneys hurt, he dont have a spare and i wouldnt accept one from my mother.

I know that shit is so bad for me but every few months I still buy this kiwi drink that has it. It's weird I kind of like the taste just because it's something different and it goes with kiwi.

hmmm that is odd.. I switched to sweetner a while ago.. though I may not even use it everyday, but I love diet pop! I even have baked with this stuff called weylow (sp?) that is a sweetener.. :S
