I had one of my best friends steal some weed from me once. I went over to his house and wouldn't let him leave the room until it found it's way back into my book bag. He kept denying it, but in the end the weed was returned. I forgave him for it because he did return it, but i never trusted him again like i use to. You need to confront your friend face to face, and if he won't make it right you should make it right if you know what i mean.

The way I view it is simple;

You tried to call him several times so he could resolve the issue, he is a scumbag and is avoiding you since he knows he took it.  You tried, he's ignoring you, now its time to just give cuzzo his address and let him beat the kids ass.

I have been in almost the exact situation except it was between my best friend and another close friend, Whats worse is now your stuck in the middle. :thumbdown: I'd Say you should let your cousin show this guy what theiving from people you don't know gets ya but thats just my view on it. Wow.  I honestly don't understand violence.  It seems so strange to me, as a member of this board and this COMMUNITY, that there could be so many destructive people here.  For a group that seems so opposed to WAR, it appears that there's an extremely vocal majority that is actually in support of brutality, rather than passivity and a desire for peace.

Further, (since karma comes to my mind, and which will probably be brought up in response to this post), I always like to point out that karma works both ways.  What I mean is, people will probably say that the friend deserves to be beaten up because of his actions.  But then, I would try to understand what it was that I had done to be put in the middle of this situation to begin with.

I'm just saying...

Sometimes friends need a ass beating.  I have had friends that have done stupid shit like that "usually alcohol related" and we beat the fuck out of him.  We are all still friends with him and everything, but he knows the consequences of his actions now.  I don't like to advocate violence, but it works:shrug:

Being a peace loving hippy is all fine and dandy, but in most situations it won't work, and will probably lead to you having no respect, being walked all over and fucked with your whole life.
It sucks, but people take advantage of overly-kind and generous people. Humans are violent by nature, and while I don't like fighting, but sometimes it really is the best option. Especially when the guy is avoiding the OP and pretty much screaming "GUILTY" through his silence.

He may of ment in times of life or death, but the "friend" stole from somebody who trusted him.
