If your suggesting railing caffeine I do not recommend it. In fact i guarantee you it will not work out properly. My buddy's had pure caffine and I put 200 mg in a soda. It was almost a "High" for 30 min then i had the most severe panic attack ever.

Go to your Local Vitamin Shoppee or 7-11. If you wanna get spun on caffeine there are drinks that will do the same thing in a safer manner. Dont go through with this idea

Caffeine will increase exercise performance.

Why not just take it orally?

get some and drink like 3 of them. i think the limmit is to only drink like half of one of those a day but a buddy of mine drank 3 and he was up until 6 am in the morning, couldnt fall asleep no matter how he tried.

Your not supposed to drink more then 1 of those 5 hour energy's/

They actually work, I drank 1 and was focused on reading my book for a few hours.

I love those things now, they taste so berryish.

I wouldn't snort fucken caffeine man, it's not the best stuff to be snorting. Tell him to take some Adderall :tongue:

200 mg is a standard Nodoz or Vivarin.  If you want a rush, just chew one up well and down it with a glass of water.  You'll feel a rush in like 5 minutes.

200mg is fine and I usually take at least one of those pills per day. Yes it'll help you workout but don't expect to be superman!

And to be honest I like railing caffeine every now and then even though it's stupid. I just like snorting drugs is all. :shrug:
