Goddamn is this chicken good!

Oh my GOD this chicken is so goddamn good! MMMMMMMMmmmmmmmmmmmmmm

Recipe:

2 Whole Chicken Legs (leg & thigh), organic from Whole Foods. I didn't intend to get these overpriced things but the food in the other stores looked like SHIT. So I grabbed these, and after tasting them think they are a bit gamier than normal chicken.

Rubbed those with salt & pepper than put them in ziplock bags with enough red Pinot Noir to cover and put them in the fridge for an hour.

Then tossed them on a cookie sheet and put them in the oven at 400 degrees for 20 minutes one side and 28 the other side. So tender, juicy, delicious, and Italian. Mmmmmmmmmmmmm!! What a wonderful way to use shitty wine (far too dry for me).

Those look pretty damn tender. I just cooked some pretty gourmet food myself about 30 minutes ago. I took some onions and caramelized them in some olive oil and butter, added some portabella mushrooms then added one freshly pureed tomato and some pesto. After a while I added in a piece of chicken, and threw the lid on so the chicken would sort of steam and be tender.

I then cooked up a huge amount of fresh linguine that I bought an hour prior, tossed it all together with the chicken and sauce, and enjoyed.
