I think the carmel slides off the mushies in the gut because my gf and I ate 2.5 and had a quick come up, concrete level 3! and best of all it was soooo tasty  :cool:

Caramel Apple Dip

8 oz. cream cheese, softened
3/4 cup brown sugar
1 tsp. vanilla
chopped peanuts (optional)
Beat all ingredients until blended. Garnish with chopped nuts. Serve with freshly-sliced apples.
