We walked all the fucking way to the mall from the top of Wisconsin Ave, it was a fuckin HIKE.  I was at the washington monument from about 11:15-11:35, but we decided it was too cold - and walked to a bar at GW.  The speech was much better when it was observed from inside the bar.

Here are some pics I snapped that day amongst the chaos.  Most of 'em aren't very well taken.  I had gloves on - kinda hard to operate these small ass cameras.



A crowded ass street:



The jumbotron to the left of the washington monument.  Lots of fuckin people.



The Wash. Monument, blurry - but would've been a good picture if it would've turned out.



Where I was while Obama was givin his speech.  You can see him on the TV on the far wall - but we were just listening (speakers were right above our table).




All-in-all, a very fun day.
