Migraines! Help dammit, help!

So now I'm suffering mild to moderate migraines all the time and think it's due to my caffeine intake... again..

I'm up to 400mg + dust that falls into my hand from the pill bottle so probably 466.66666666666666666mg.

Anyway it fucking sucks! I woke up today and tried to go without but then my head felt like it was going to blow up. So then I took a pill and now it only mildly wants to blow up. I feel like I'm fucked! What am I going to do?

Slowly ease off of it or keep at the rate your at now and itll just get worse. I drink 4-5 cans of mt dew a day, and keep caffeiene pills with me at all times for the same reason. I dont get regular headaches that i need tylenol, only headaches that i pop a nodoz and can feel fine.

In some studies psilocybe mushrooms are said to help with chronic migraines.

Those are for cluster headaches, not migraines.:rolleyes:

Try and ease yourself off the caffeine would be my suggestion. Only take some when you really need it.

My bad, I thought they were pretty much the same thing.  Just as easy for me to confuse as it is for the OP to misdiagnose cluster headaches as a migraine? :rolleyes:

I concur with the mushroom idea, but about 30 mikes of LSD is much more effective.

Cluster headaches are very different from migraines, including the root cause, and migraines + psychedelics could be a tormenting and horrible combination.  I really don't suggest you do that, at least while you're experiencing a migraine.

You are going to have to ease off of the caffeine.  I recommend drinking green tea to displace the pills and slowly reduce your intake.  Also, eat some spicy food and stretch frequently to get a lot of blood flow to the brain.  Fight the migraines with otc pain meds to take the edge off, but don't use more caffeine to supplement them.  Slowly, but surely, you'll be able to get your symptoms down. Also, try to avoid triggers like chocolate, excessive bright lights, and tv or computer screens.  Let us know how it goes.

works with migraines as well, anyway the OP is suffereing from a
caffeine withdrawl headache not migraines or cluster headaches
