New Mexico, rammed earth building code. Earthships. Cheap land with no c & r or hoa. I hope you are all paying attention to the pot laws in NM and especially the mushroom law. What do you think?

i could handle taos, great snow, the skiing and snowboarding is killer
probably have to go pretty far from the ski area to get any type of deal on land though, some good hardwoods around for wood sculpturing
