getting busted while growing outof home?

I was wondering about the legality issues of someone's cat's brother growing shrooms/pot at a friends house and him getting busted. Would the others involved be at risk? and would the home owner/renter get less time if others were involved? Thanks for all your guys help. :grin:

You should let him know that if caught EVERYTHING under forfiture laws can be taken, the house, the car, if their are children in the home they are taken away as well, bank accounts seized.

Its a total mess... I wouldnt ask anyone to do that for me, but if he wants to do it himself then thats fine...
