left side of chest started hurting

Last night I took a vicodin, maybe that has to do with this?  this morning I also had a hot chocolate and decaf green tea. I am wondering if maybe I had too much caffeine or something.

MY left side of my chest is starting to hurt a bit, I feel uncomfortable standing so I am sitting hoping it will go away, and my local doctor is at an emergency in the city so I can't go to him.

anyone got any ideas?

any help is much appreciated. this is kind of uncomfortable and I hope it isn't serious. feels a little like stabbing pain in left side of chest maybe a little bit under the heart. not sure

left side feels really heavy, I seriously can't move. this sucks

I know every so often I get sharp pains that shoot through my chest. somtimes its in certain spots sometimes its just in a random spot in my chest. sometimes it feels heavy and I can breath in or out, and if I can I have to take slow breaths. ive ben told its just chest pains,or that its genetic. But for me its nothing to worry about. if your doesnt go away within a half hour id get some help or call a doctor.

ended up being something with my ribs. probably vaped too much weed on the vics. when im on opiates i don't stop smoking because of how good I feel

gonna take it easy and take motrin for the week
