The mother of all conspiracies - which is actually truth not a conspiracy
    #9496559 -

Some say money is the root of all evil.

This documentary explains how international bankers, the worlds wealthy elite rule the world.
By fractional reserve banking a few super rich families have used their money over the generations to control the world finance through a corrupt banking system which is still the prevailing power today.
They control and profit from wars, they control who wins who loses.
They own and influence all the major political powers by funding parties/leaders that will cooperate with their ideas and are responsible for the assassinations of anybody that has opposed the corrupt monetary system or their wills.
As the workers, the soldiers etc us at the bottom of the pyramid are the willing slaves of the rich elite and sadly very few even realize how they have been enslaved.

The depression we are going into is all part of the plan and is consistent of corrupt central bankers.  Its when they call in the chips and all the people who cannot repay their loans are bankrupted and all their assets are taken by the central bank at a fraction of their value.  The only people that never lose are the rich ruling elite.

We are being fucked on grand scale.

Who are the shadow government, who are the NWO?  This documentary explains exactly who they are and the methods they use.  This is no conspiracy theory.  History offers all the proof and its backed up in this documentary.  I put it here because the people in M & P are open-minded enough to want to know the truth.

Because they're not retarded, theyve taken the time to spread enough propaganda and misinformation about those who speak agaisnt them. What does it matter, when no one will believe you?

The bankers will fund the wars.  They often fund both sides and which ever side has more money is more likely to win.  Its not always that simple but when your funding both sides of the war you don't care, the banker wins every time.  There are several different schemes the pull off to make money from war.

They don't assassinate every person with the knowledge but history has shown they will assassinate anyone that directly goes against them.  It claims Lincoln was assassinated because he created the greenback currency which was a true currency.

http://hidhist.wordpress.com/2008/08/01/money-interests-behind-abraham-lincoln-assassination/

If you or I created paper money and started lending it to people at huge interest rates we would be arrested for fraud yet the federal reserve (deceptive name) and bank of england are actually private bank companies which do exactly that.  They print money which they have no gold to back up and lend it at interest.  This shows why we get booms and depressions - the banking system itself is corrupt to the core.  A recession is when the bankers call in the chips.  People go bankrupt / assets are seized and the bankers by the stocks at a fraction of their value and the process repeats.

Plenty of people have tried creating honest currencies but the banks have been to big and they fuck these people over by any means necessary.  At some points in history we have had true currencies and with a true currency you don't get depressions.

The truth is, we are conspiring against ourself and we just don't realize it. We are all greedy, we all desire to be rich, and this exact attitude, this exact life-philosophy that 99% of the people seem to share, is what causes all this evil. Money itself is not the cause, it's our capitalistic culture that has made money the new God. People realize they can get anything for money, so they will do anything for money.

You might think our occasional greed and occasional desire for money is harmless, but you're wrong. We're setting an example for the rest of the world. Don't forget, everyone is born as a baby and simply copies society. We create our own culture.

NWO is nothing but a lame excuse. Even if they did exist, without our greedy attitude, they would have no power at all. Think about that...

Very true, greed is human nature and is encouraged in our society.

NWO is not an excuse though.  It is the term used for the people who have the most ability to steer the actions of masses of people through the power they have obtained by their massive wealth.  Most of them are born into the position as it gets passed on through the family.

These people who have money and power could steer us in the right direction.  They have the power to do that if they choose.
The lower class individuals can choose do it too but not many do and they do not have as much power to influence others with.

"They" are loosing control and power at an ever increasing rate.
Take the "Rothchilds" for example..
They control :
The Filming industry / hollywood mainly
The music industry .. among other things..
The media
The illegal weapons industry

Well.. Hail to axxo for the movies  I dont go to the movies.. SWIM is downloading via torrent like crazy
And thanks to the p2p .. music looses money.. I havent bought a CD in my life
And thanks to internet in general.. We dont really watch tv anymore
And .. besides the fact that america has been propagating war.. Many other countrys and their leaders have been turning away from weaponry and unnecessary conflict.
The transition is NOW..
Its happening .. And.. like my good friend says
" NO more need for the old empire "

These documentaries are good to have an picture as to how the world has been functioning so far..
But.. we have to understand..
That we havent been putting up with this lately..Just look around you..
People are gaining back their integrity
"They" these families comprising the "elite" are getting scared..
Karma is hitting em back in the ass.
No worrys..
All is as it should be..
And will continue in a better and better way until the end of the harvest.. the end of this cycle.

No fear...
All is One.
As this line resonates through the minds of people reading.. Their influences drops like a hat being tipped to the edge of the head..
Its about to fall off..

I have seen it

All is One

Well, they do work hard to keep a "perfect" image; by not using drugs and well, by being rich with fancy things (everyone sees that as a higher being, a higher human being since seeing God and well using plants to see Godly/Heavenly things sounds crazy, but if it didn't work they would be legal).

Then there are poor shits like me, my image doesn't have anywhere to go good or bad........I don't have companies to lose either, or a family legacy.

Lincoln died since the south lost, but JFK died for the war in Nam and the billions of dollars that were getting spent on war toys (things that made people so filthy rich).  People get a lot of funding for research and contracts when there is a craze about national security, anyone that really puts a damper on that isn't going to be kept around to do it some more.

I don't believe in the NWO, it's the same damn old one just modernized.

The world has never been easy to make money in (legally) without money and knowing how to use it.......people hate this, the fact that they will never be rich and powerful (not that it looks that good, it's just that whole clean image that looks nice instead of the ten years in prison).

The saddest and sickest part is that people in the military are very willing to go to war for people with the idea to make more money.  The military need there good jobs and they need to be used to be kept around, people don't want to spend Trillions encase Virginia gets invaded (and with some nukes around that isn't going to happen anyhow).

War always needed justified and the powerful never wait until it's very necessary, they wait around convincing that they are needed (and in a sense this is true, plus American companies make so much darn money off of contracts that their friends in the Media don't even hesitate to boost the moral of the people).

The last righteous war the States fought in was WWII, let me know when another one like that comes around........I will fight then, but not for some freaking joke like Iraq and Afghanistan.......does nothing to little for world security (although Saddam was a shit head and the CIA could of set up Democracy there anyhow).  Honestly, the US is going to want to keep some bases there; they still have access to Italy, Germany, saudi Arabia and carriers.  Iran isn't as big of a deal as Russia and China, but China is goofy and a sleepy thing that really isn't fun to play war with.........a lot isn't just commercial staging but for warfare and that is just a dangerous issue anyhow.

The world is a shity place, always has been as far as huge countries/empires go and unless we have intervention on a Galactic/Universal level (since it's so FREAKING LARGE, compared to small small, pitifully small earth) nothing is going to change.

re-Treemoss

Im not quite sure what your intended point was supposed to be , not that i think there should be one..
Anyway.. i must disagree with you when you say nothing will change unless an "intervention" occurs..
Thats what people need to realize.. Nobody will come and save us .
I wouldnt come and save us.. Only help. And we already have that  Among and about us..
You wouldnt do your sons homework.. you let him learn it on his own..
The same thing could be considered in the case of humans being that they are looked upon as spiritual and technological infants.
Basically none of our technology is our own anyway..
The world is already changing..
You need only to look
Although history can be a useful tool we need not dwell in the past .
I think thats the deal with a lot of people..
They go eat some mushrooms..eat some acid.. meditate and what have you..
And then when they "reconnect" with other people they think its all the same..
After that glow of enlightenment and peace..They come to the idea that nothing has changed.
Well.. it has..
And it will continue to do so ..and the transformations ,as we go forth, will exponentially become more evident.
Why do you think its been said we need to stay positive ?
Its not a guideline to being emotionally numb and seeing everything as good..
It means being unswayed emotionally by the negativity..
In each circumstance.. one must find the opportunity to be of service , if service is what he/she pursues.
So basically what im trying to say is..
We need to Stop crying.. yeah its been bad.. it still is..
But its been getting better.. Dwell on that.
Point out THAT.
Move in another direction other than crucifying our selves over and over again for something we were not guilty for in the first place.
Move towards.. acceptance.. forgiveness..  Unity.
And our god damn integrity..
"They Control this , control that.."
They dont have shit..
not anymore.. The young people are starting to play big roles in society..
And we are basically saying FUCK OFF

All is well..
All is One.

Nicely put, I should of stated that nothing is going to dramatically change without an intervention since it's going to be a long time until anyone that writes laws knows what we are talking about with experiences.

It's all hocus pocus to them and that is dangerous to go into an experience with, thinking that something very serious is toy.  I'm talking about drugs here, people rely and have relied on them for thousands of years to jump to the point.....the end purpose of heaven on earth, even if for a short while.

I like how you put that we aren't guilty, yet that is hard to own for myself.....guilt is how others percieve, truly although I reject that purpose of our social guide, the moral support of others corrupts any person (the saddest thing to this day)....and that can and does happen with drugs, but as well as without drugs.......the laws are not divine but treated as such by the Government.......it's the basis of their existence.  A Government must create law to be born and they neglect that individuals have will, purpose and rights.....they make that criminal to control and say everything is fine nothing is going to change from the way you were brought up.......and people feel cool about that......they are afraid that your peyote or LSD really is that cool but might not be fore them.......how personally sad, devoid of truth/possibility.

I must say that I wish that mystical experience, that founded the beliefs of those that practice religion.....have laid a foundation for more than simply evolution, but connected with a force that can do more than what is being done.

The world is so happy about gross things, the world never gains much ground other than not being ran over by the things that we do.  Not one war has stopped another from forming, no politician has done anything but keep us from drowning completely....there is very little separation between good drug users and bad ones (but there really honestly is).

Such poor leadership is something that must be intervened but yet leadership can't ever be perfect...or can it?

Seems that only perfect leadership can make a perfect society and leadership, currently they write laws so "perfectly" that it creates an imperfect world do to indifference......that somehow they still support this parental issue of control throughout our lives....that no matter how much we learned the foolish nature of the "wisdom" of parents we can't argue to our leaders that some of us learned how to have very dramatic and personal experiences that mean something, should mean something to the species.

But we live as a waring society and what isn't good for our waring nature isn't good for the people.......being a peaceful drug using hippie (the exploring user) isn't something that they want people to adopt.......they would rather bitch about people having problems, makes a clear line of their own personal success than to raise others in other ways that they didn't find interesting in a positive way.

So I agree, we are on our own as a species; but it's a damn nice fantasy that some kind of Galactic shamanistic military force will free us......a darn nice fantasy!

If only the American Indians won!  We would have rights to chemicals then and in some damn fine settings too!

All and any problems and disharmonious action occurred and occurs if the free will is jeopardized.
The concept of a "leader" is something people do not need.. i would consider just another infringement..
No matter how good he is.
As far as the "galactic shamanic military" goes..
They exist.. only they cannot come and free us..
That would too.. be an infringement on free will , for not all of us seek the same.
The troubles humanity has been facing for a long time is because our free will was compromised a long time ago..(thats a different story)
We cannot be aided in the same manner.
We have to call them

They control wars by funding them, they choose how much money to give to each side, and therefore can control the outcome.  Their not omnipotent overlords who have ultimate control of the world and interwebs.  Sure if they really wanted I know they could do a lot to stop it, but I think they are much more worried that the entire world population is realizing that our money system is shit because, its fucking collapsing.

They have much bigger things to worry about than internet videos anyways, since once again, THEIR monetary system is collapsing like the house of cards it is.  Stop acting like an ass

"A human being is part of the whole, called by us 'Universe'; a part limited in time and space. He experiences himself, his thoughts and feelings as something separated from the rest -- a kind of optical delusion of his consciousness.

This delusion is a kind of prison for us, restricting us to our personal desires and affection for a few persons nearest us.

Our task must be to free ourselves from this prison by widening our circle of compassion to embrace all living creatures and the whole nature in its beauty.

Nobody is able to achieve this completely but striving for such achievement is, in itself, a part of the liberation and a foundation for inner security."

You will see below that they claim private status only in the areas that suit them.
Quote:
Court Rules Federal Reserve is Privately Owned
Case Reveals Fed's Status as a Private Institution

Below are excerpts from a court case proving the Federal Reserve system's status. As you will see, the court ruled that the Federal Reserve Banks are "independent, privately owned and locally controlled corporations", and there is not sufficient "federal government control over 'detailed physical performance' and 'day to day operation'" of the Federal Reserve Bank for it to be considered a federal agency:

Lewis v. United States, 680 F.2d 1239 (1982)
John L. Lewis, Plaintiff/Appellant,
v.
United States of America, Defendant/Appellee.

No. 80-5905
United States Court of Appeals, Ninth Circuit.
Submitted March 2, 1982.
Decided April 19, 1982.
As Amended June 24, 1982.

Plaintiff, who was injured by vehicle owned and operated by a federal reserve bank, brought action alleging jurisdiction under the Federal Tort Claims Act. The United States District Court for the Central District of California, David W. Williams, J., dismissed holding that federal reserve bank was not a federal agency within meaning of Act and that the court therefore lacked subject-matter jurisdiction. Appeal was taken. The Court of Appeals, Poole, Circuit Judge, held that federal reserve banks are not federal instrumentalities for purposes of the Act, but are independent, privately owned and locally controlled corporations.

Affirmed.

1. United States

There are no sharp criteria for determining whether an entity is a federal agency within meaning of the Federal Tort Claims Act, but critical factor is existence of federal government control over "detailed physical performance" and "day to day operation" of an entity. . . .

2. United States

Federal reserve banks are not federal instrumentalities for purposes of a Federal Tort Claims Act, but are independent, privately owned and locally controlled corporations in light of fact that direct supervision and control of each bank is exercised by board of directors, federal reserve banks, though heavily regulated, are locally controlled by their member banks, banks are listed neither as "wholly owned" government corporations nor as "mixed ownership" corporations; federal reserve banks receive no appropriated funds from Congress and the banks are empowered to sue and be sued in their own names. . . .

3. United States

Under the Federal Tort Claims Act, federal liability is narrowly based on traditional agency principles and does not necessarily lie when a tortfeasor simply works for an entity, like the Reserve Bank, which performs important activities for the government. . . .

4. Taxation

The Reserve Banks are deemed to be federal instrumentalities for purposes of immunity from state taxation.

5. States Taxation

Tests for determining whether an entity is federal instrumentality for purposes of protection from state or local action or taxation, is very broad: whether entity performs important governmental function.

--------------

Lafayette L. Blair, Compton, Cal., for plaintiff/appellant.

James R. Sullivan, Asst. U.S. Atty., Los Angeles, Cal., argued, for defendant/appellee; Andrea Sheridan Ordin, U.S. Atty., Los Angeles, Cal., on brief.

Appeal from the United States District Court for the Central District of California.

Before Poole and Boochever, Circuit Judges, and Soloman, District Judge. (The Honorable Gus J. Solomon, Senior District Judge for the District of Oregon, sitting by designation)

Poole, Circuit Judge:

On July 27, 1979, appellant John Lewis was injured by a vehicle owned and operated by the Los Angeles branch of the Federal Reserve Bank of San Francisco. Lewis brought this action in district court alleging jurisdiction under the Federal Tort Clains Act (the Act), 28 U.S.C. Sect. 1346(b). The United States moved to dismiss for lack of subject matter jurisdiction. The district court dismissed, holding that the Federal Reserve Bank is not a federal agency within the meaning of the Act and that the court therefore lacked subject matter jurisdiction. We affirm.

In enacting the Federal Tort Claims Act, Congress provided a limited waiver of the sovereign immunity of the United States for certain torts of federal employees. . . . Specifically, the Act creates liability for injuries "caused by the negligent or wrongful act or omission" of an employee of any federal agency acting within the scope of his office or employment. . . . "Federal agency" is defined as:

the executive departments, the military departments, independent
establishments of the United States, and corporations acting
primarily as instrumentalities of the United States, but does not
include any contractors with the United States.

28 U.S.C. Sect. 2671. The liability of the United States for the negligence of a Federal Reserve Bank employee depends, therefore, on whether the Bank is a federal agency under Sect. 2671.

[1,2] There are no sharp criteria for determining whether an entity is a federal agency within the meaning of the Act, but the critical factor is the existence of federal government control over the "detailed physical performance" and "day to day operation" of that entity. . . . Other factors courts have considered include whether the entity is an independent corporation . . ., whether the government is involved in the entity's finances. . . ., and whether the mission of the entity furthers the policy of the United States, . . . Examining the organization and function of the Federal Reserve Banks, and applying the relevant factors, we conclude that the Reserve Banks are not federal instrumentalities for purpose of the FTCA, but are independent, privately owned and locally controlled corporations.

Each Federal Reserve Bank is a separate corporation owned by commercial banks in its region. The stockholding commercial banks elect two thirds of each Bank's nine member board of directors. The remaining three directors are appointed by the Federal Reserve Board. The Federal Reserve Board regulates the Reserve Banks, but direct supervision and control of each Bank is exercised by its board of directors. 12 U.S.C. Sect. 301. The directors enact by-laws regulating the manner of conducting general Bank business, 12 U.S.C. Sect. 341, and appoint officers to implement and supervise daily Bank activities. These activites include collecting and clearing checks, making advances to private and commercial entities, holding reserves for member banks, discounting the notes of member banks, and buying and selling securities on the open market. See 12 U.S.C. Sub-Sect. 341-361.

Each Bank is statutorily empowered to conduct these activites without day to day direction from the federal government. Thus, for example, the interest rates on advances to member banks, individuals, partnerships, and corporations are set by each Reserve Bank and their decisions regarding the purchase and sale of securities are likewise independently made.

It is evident from the legislative history of the Federal Reserve Act that Congress did not intend to give the federal government direction over the daily operation of the Reserve Banks:

It is proposed that the Government shall retain sufficient power over
the reserve banks to enable it to exercise a direct authority when
necessary to do so, but that it shall in no way attempt to carry on
through its own mechanism the routine operations and banking which
require detailed knowledge of local and individual credit and which
determine the funds of the community in any given instance.  In other
words, the reserve-bank plan retains to the Government power over the
exercise of the broader banking functions, while it leaves to
individuals and privately owned institutions the actual direction of
    routine.

H.R. Report No. 69 Cong. 1st Sess. 18-19 (1913).

The fact that the Federal Reserve Board regulates the Reserve Banks does not make them federal agencies under the Act. In United States v. Orleans, 425 U.S. 807, 96 S.Ct. 1971, 48 L.Ed.2d 390 (1976), the Supreme Court held that a community action agency was not a federal agency or instrumentality for purposes of the Act, even though the agency was organized under federal regulations and heavily funded by the federal government. Because the agency's day to day operation was not supervised by the federal government, but by local officials, the Court refused to extend federal tort liability for the negligence of the agency's employees. Similarly, the Federal Reserve Banks, though heavily regulated, are locally controlled by their member banks. Unlike typical federal agencies, each bank is empowered to hire and fire employees at will. Bank employees do not participate in the Civil Service Retirement System. They are covered by worker's compensation insurance, purchased by the Bank, rather than the Federal Employees Compensation Act. Employees travelling on Bank business are not subject to federal travel regulations and do not receive government employee discounts on lodging and services.

The Banks are listed neither as "wholly owned" government corporations under 31 U.S.C. Sect. 846 nor as "mixed ownership" corporations under 31 U.S.C. Sect. 856, a factor considered is Pearl v. United States, 230 F.2d 243 (10th Cir. 1956), which held that the Civil Air Patrol is not a federal agency under the Act. Closely resembling the status of the Federal Reserve Bank, the Civil Air Patrol is a non-profit, federally chartered corporation organized to serve the public welfare. But because Congress' control over the Civil Air Patrol is limited and the corporation is not designated as a wholly owned or mixed ownership government corporation under 31 U.S.C. Sub-Sect. 846 and 856, the court concluded that the corporation is a non-governmental, independent entity, not covered under the Act.

Additionally, Reserve Banks, as privately owned entities, receive no appropriated funds from Congress. . . .

Finally, the Banks are empowered to sue and be sued in their own name. 12 U.S.C. Sect. 341. They carry their own liability insurance and typically process and handle their own claims. In the past, the Banks have defended against tort claims directly, through private counsel, not government attorneys . . ., and they have never been required to settle tort claims under the administrative procedure of 28 U.S.C. Sect. 2672. The waiver of sovereign immunity contained in the Act would therefore appear to be inapposite to the Banks who have not historically claimed or received general immunity from judicial process.

[3] The Reserve Banks have properly been held to be federal instrumentalities for some purposes. In United States v. Hollingshead, 672 F.2d 751 (9th Cir. 1982), this court held that a Federal Reserve Bank employee who was responsible for recommending expenditure of federal funds was a "public official" under the Federal Bribery Statute. That statute broadly defines public official to include any person acting "for or on behalf of the Government." . . . The test for determining status as a public official turns on whether there is "substantial federal involvement" in the defendant's activities. United States v. Hollingshead, 672 F.2d at 754. In contrast, under the FTCA, federal liability is narrowly based on traditional agency principles and does not necessarily lie when the tortfeasor simply works for an entity, like the Reserve Banks, which perform important activities for the government.

[4, 5] The Reserve Banks are deemed to be federal instrumentalities for purposes of immunity from state taxation. . . . The test for determining whether an entity is a federal instrumentality for purposes of protection from state or local action or taxation, however, is very broad: whether the entity performs an important governmental function. . . . The Reserve Banks, which further the nation's fiscal policy, clearly perform an important governmental function.

Performance of an important governmental function, however, is but a single factor and not determinative in tort claims actions. . . . State taxation has traditionally been viewed as a greater obstacle to an entity's ability to perform federal functions than exposure to judicial process; therefore tax immunity is liberally applied. . . . Federal tort liability, however, is based on traditional agency principles and thus depends upon the principal's ability to control the actions of his agent, and not simply upon whether the entity performs an important governmental function. . . .

Brinks Inc. v. Board of Governors of the Federal Reserve System, 466 F.Supp. 116 (D.D.C.1979), held that a Federal Reserve Bank is a federal instrumentality for purposes of the Service Contract Act, 41 U.S.C. Sect. 351. Citing Federal Reserve Bank of Boston and Federal Reserve Bank of Minneapolis, the court applied the "important governmental function" test and concluded that the term "Federal Government" in the Service Contract Act must be "liberally construed to effectuate the Act's humanitarian purpose of providing minimum wage and fringe benefit protection to individuals performing contracts with the federal government." Id. 288 Mich. at 120, 284 N.W.2d 667.

Such a liberal construction of the term "federal agency" for purposes of the Act is unwarranted. Unlike in Brinks, plaintiffs are not without a forum in which to seek a remedy, for they may bring an appropriate state tort claim directly against the Bank; and if successful, their prospects of recovery are bright since the institutions are both highly solvent and amply insured.

For these reasons we hold that the Reserve Banks are not federal agencies for purposes of the Federal Tort Claims Act and we affirm the judgement of the district court.

AFFIRMED.

It is clear from this that in some circumstances, the Federal Reserve Bank can be considered a government "instrumentality", but cannot be considered a "federal agency", because the term carries with it the assumption that the federal government has direct oversight over what the Fed does. Of course it does not, because most people who know about this subject know that the Fed is "politically independent."

The only area where one might disagree with the judge's decision is where he states that the Fed furthers the federal government's fiscal policy, and therefore performs an important governmental function. While we would like to think that the federal government and the Fed work cooperatively with each other, and they may on occasion, the Fed is by no means required to do so. One example is where Rep. Wright Patman, Chairman of the House Banking Committee, said in the Congressional Record back in the '60s, that depending on the temperament of the Fed's Chairman, sometimes the Fed worked with the government's fiscal policy, and other times either went in the complete opposite direction, or threatens to do so in order to influence policy.

The common claim that the Fed is accountable to the government, because it is required to report to Congress on its activities annually, is incorrect. The reports to Congress mean little unless what the Chairman reports can be verified by complete records. From its founding to this day, the Fed has never undergone a complete independent audit. Congress time after time has requested that the Fed voluntarily submit to a complete audit, and every time, it refuses.

Those in the know about the Fed, realize that it does keep certain records secret. The soon-to-be-former Chairman of the House Banking Committee, Henry Gonzales, has spoken on record repeatedly about how the Fed at one point says it does not have certain requested records, and then it is found through investigation that it in fact does have those records, or at least used to. It would appear that the Fed Chairman can say anything he wants to to Congress, and they'll have to accept what he says, because verification of what he says is not always possible.
