You would like to think so, but that's almost rarely the case. Undercover agents (drugs, prostitution, pedophiles, etc) are usually VERY good at what they do. They arrest so many different types of people that they get to see how they really act. It's sort of like being a very well informed actor.

Now of course that doesn't mean that there aren't ridiculously dumb LEO's out there, but usually those people don't get very far in their particular field of work.

It's far more likely that people come on here trying to get hookups right off the bat are just stupid little kids trying to get someone to mail them something good. No self respecting LEO would pull something like that and expect it to work. They dig deep and get as much evidence as possible, identify the most active players and then shit goes down.

So yeah, it's most likely dumb people thinking that they can score dr00gz. And I'm willing to bet that some of them are successful.
