20lbs of fresh oysters

My wife and I were driving down the road today and I spotted these, I yelled out stop the car...freaked the hell outta my wife:lol:

But anyways these guys are nice and fresh and have absolutley no bugs in them, nice lavender/white spore print.



Showing the back side, i always check the back side of clusters like this for tunnels that bugs have made, if there are no tunnels then there are usually no bugs, i also break a few specimens in half when i first find a patch to make sure there are no bugs/larvae inside.

Yes her recipe was awesome, couldnt tell ya what was in it though, ill ask her later to see if she can give me the recipe, ill post it.
