Mimosis Hostillis fungus!!!!! Indole Nasal Delight

So swim took the filtered out MHRB and placed it, somewhat damp with slightly basic H20, and put it in a ziplock bag, in a dark area and forgot about if for 2 weeks. He opened the closet door today and was overcome by the moth ball indole smell that we all know from DMT. Upon discovery, the bag that was filled with 228g of moist MHRB was now covered with a white fungus and is the source of the indole/DMT smell!

Hrmm.. I wonder..

it's just so interesting that it's kicking out such a potent indole smell. It kinda has me aroused.

Fungi like to break down chemicals. My guess is that the DMT has been broken down to a simpler indole with a more powerful odor. DMT smells like indole, but less strongly than other simpler indoles.

My recommendation is to chuck it as a lost cause.
