WU:
You get the paper that says "to send money" and fill out the proper fields. Amount. City. State. Recievers name. Your name (dont make a fake one because if something goes wrong, you can't get that money back without an id showing you're that person!).
They also have you fill in information like your address, phone #, etc.
then you give it to the agent, he files it, places the addtl fees (from 260 US came out to paying 300, so 40 dollars give or take for the fee).
This was to europe, specifically serbia.
When you are done, you get a paper with an MTCN # on it at the top, and all the information you provided - before you leave, make sure SENDERS NAME is correct, RECIEVERS NAME is correct, and keep that sheet for your records.
Give the reciever the MTCN #, and the Senders name, and they should be able to pick it up with proper ID.
