Help me identify Shrooms found in Indiana PLEASE!!

I found a bunch of shrooms today at work!! Is today my lucky day or not???? They were all growing in the woodchips/mulch. We have been watering it WAY too much and they appeared yesterday and were still there today. Tehy are brownish with brownish/black gills. They have a nipple shape on top, buy not like the liberty bells, it is more rounded nipple. The stems are all skinny and very few of them opened up all the way! It has been cold at night 45-55 degrees. They are not burusing. Pease help me!!!!

Theres the first problem right there, wrong habitat. You're not going to find anything special in woodchips in Indiana.
