I know a young dude that has a pacemaker, and used to party like crazy, now not so much but one night he was working at the club, took some shit (i hear valium and something else) and had to call the ambulance. he was fine, but i wouldn't recommend doing it.

Technically hallucinogens won't interfere with the heart, but I'm no expert. Wiccan_Seeker might be able to advise you with this.
