It's about time for another seasonal top chef post.

Every year there's always a contestant who is overqualified to be on the show, and they usually end up going deep or winning it all.

Two seasons ago it was Hung, the executive sou chef to guy savoy, last year it was richard.

this year it has to be Stefan. I mean common, the guy was hired by Bellagio to help design their banquet menu. His dishes are friggin rediculous.

He shows off his skill in the first episode by making two different dishes on one plate, both with some very complex components.

My personal favorite is Fabio though. Just because i'm passionate about Italian food, and the dishes he puts together heightens everything i love about italian food.

The beef carpacchio dish was awsome. The pumpkin Tiramisu....

and that last comment he made about Rocko this past episode was so true.

"If i knew he wanted something savory i would've put a little piece of toast with some bacon and some egg bullshit on top"

it's funny because like half the contestants did exactly that in the amous bouche challenge.

Anyhow, i think Leah is also pretty talented. I mean anyone who can make a soup out of a tuna tar tar dish and WIN the quickfire nonetheless has to be impressive.

What the hell is that Melissa bitch still doing on the show. This is the 3rd or 4th time she's made a terrible dish.

I mean what the fuck. Anyone who considers GRILLED AVOCADO with CITRUS FRUIT to be an entree should be immediately eliminated.
