Yes you can, hit alt + prtscn (printscreen) at the same time. This copies the window into your clipboard. Then "paste" it into paint and save as a gif, jpg, or png.

The analog VU meters in the middle are by Homeboy Software
It wouldn't take a screen shot of the whole winamp, so I had to
copy and paste each section seperately after giving it focus.

heh.. well I am pretty computer ignorant... but it would only let me save as a bmp in paint... so I had to download a file converter... convert the files.. fuck around... then it was still saving it with that big white space so I was like...FUCK IT. heh.
