What do you guys think of smoking during a fast? It actually seems to help me control my appetite. Strangely enough, the munchies are not so overpowering in the face of a fast - O they're still there, but they are such a mind job!

This is great so far! It was not quite as gradual as I wished maybe, but Im to the water phase.
I plan on going untill my tongue uncoats, whenever that is, and then work my way back up.

I have toked up during a fast, but by the third day it becomes unreasonable for me to continue getting high and fasting at the same time. It's just way too much, for me personally. Fasting is a trip all its own and you feel high enough as it is. Toking feels undesirable to me on a fast - but just feel it out to see.
