Liquid culture (dextrose) question

I have a liquid culture (dextrose) with a little piece of mycelium tissue in it and now I' m wondering how long should I wait and what should I expect to see exactly ? Little particules in the bottom of the jar ? This is my first time cloning a mushroom... I don't have an incubator and the temperature is around 17-20 degrees Celsius. Thanks !

It'd be really helpful to know what strain you're referring to :wink:

I did some crazy cloning on a recent vacation to France with nothing more than a shot glass, mineral water and honey. You'd be amazed sometimes....
