Roomate needed in Large House in Iowa City, IA! Cheap Rent, on University of Iowa campus!

HUGE HOUSE with massive living room, big screen TV, plenty of couches, 2 bathrooms, dining room, kitchen, fenced in backyard, basement and porch!  The one bedroom for rent is small but not cramped, so we are only asking for $300/month + utilites.  It 3 blocks from downtown Iowa City, and nearly everything one could need is within walking distance, including a grocery store only 1 block away, the University of Iowa campus, the bus line, many places to eat and shop, and more!  You would be living with Abe Rodriguez (me), Chris Stark, and Devin. Please contact us ASAP if interested!

Psytrance is often played rather loudly and some of us stay up rather late, but we are all fair, reasonable people, and can compromise with whoever.  We are all fairly busy with school and work so we do not throw parties or have lots of people over, especially during the week! The house environment is a quiet, comfortable one, which allows us all to get our stuff done during the week so that we can have some fun on the weekends. Cigarette smoking is allowed outside only.

Please let us know ASAP, as we really need a roommate to bring the cost of rent down for all of us!
